Most natural healing practitioner including homeopath encourage their patients to increase their intake of raw food to 75% in order to achieve optimum health. During an illness, correct nutrition will expedite healing. Even if you have recovered from your illness, it is of vital importance for you to continue consuming a balanced diet which is low in fat and high in fiber.

I am personally convinced that a raw food diet of at least 75%  is essential for those who wish to take control of their own health. The raw food diet is a diet based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit, and seaweed.
Heating food above 116 degrees F is believed to destroy enzymes in food which is supposed to assist in the digestion and absorption of food. Cooking destroy the nutritional value of food and may bring more harm than good to our precious body.
My daily food intake: Breakfast (6.30am): fruit juice, post breakfast (9.30am): fruit smoothies, Lunch (12.30pm): a bowl of vege salad + raw nuts, such as almond, cashew & walnut, tea break (3.30pm): fruit smoothies, Dinner (6.30pm): Plain rice, grilled fish/chicken, & 2 type of stir fried vegetables.
Of course, once in a while I have to sacrifice my raw food breakfast and lunch to cooked food when I'm outside my home and when there's no raw food available outside.
